postpartum
& newborn care

For the family seeking holistic and family-centered support
(and to invest in rest):

As a trained Newborn Care Specialist and Certified Professional Postpartum Doula, I offer a unique style of holistic and deeply knowledgeable care.

I'm here to walk alongside you, offering grounding support and educated empowerment. There's no "one-size-fits-all" model to postpartum care. Our time together will be guided by you: your goals and your ever-changing needs.

My goal is to ensure that your needs are met.

That you can find comfort, rest, and peace of mind.

That you have the support and care to not just survive postpartum, but to truly thrive.

During a day shift, I may pop the kettle on and help you cozy up with your sweet baby while I tidy up the kitchen, tackle some laundry, or remake the bed.

During a night shift, we may spend some time chatting before you head off to bed. Whether breast or bottle feeding, I'm here to support you and help you get as much rest as possible!

To learn more about me, my approach to postpartum care, and what my support includes; please review the portfolio linked below.
