holistic & nurturing care for the tenderest season of all

postpartum
& newborn care
For the family seeking holistic and family-centered support
(and to invest in rest):
As a trained Newborn Care Specialist and Certified Professional Postpartum Doula, I offer a unique style of holistic and deeply knowledgeable care.
I'm here to walk alongside you, offering grounding support and educated empowerment. There's no "one-size-fits-all" model to postpartum care. Our time together will be guided by you: your goals and your ever-changing needs.
My goal is to ensure that your needs are met.
That you can find comfort, rest, and peace of mind.
That you have the support and care to not just survive postpartum, but to truly thrive.
During a day shift, I may pop the kettle on and help you cozy up with your sweet baby while I tidy up the kitchen, tackle some laundry, or remake the bed.
During a night shift, we may spend some time chatting before you head off to bed. Whether breast or bottle feeding, I'm here to support you and help you get as much rest as possible!

Overnight Support Options
Three different packages, so you can find the perfect fit for your family.
Package One: Mamma Mia!
6-12 weeks of gently tapering support - giving you the most help when you really need it!
We start off strong - giving you feeding support, extra rest, and peace of mind in those precious early days, all the while laying a foundation of healthy sleep habits and hygiene. Then, we slowly roll back as the weeks go by.
Example schedule
Weeks 1 + 2: 4-5 nights
Weeks 3 + 4: 3-4 nights
Weeks 5 + 6: 2-3 nights
Weeks 6-12: 1-3 nights

PACKAGE TWO: I HAVE A DREAM
Perfect for families who aren’t quite sure what schedule will work best for them!
You pick the total number of nights and we work together to make the schedule as we go.
Maybe you’d like 4 nights one week, but only 2 nights the next (because, surprise! Grandma is coming to town)! This package puts the power in your hands, allowing support to be there when it works best for you.
Recommended range: 18-30+ nights
(10 hour shift minimum)
PACKAGE THREE: S.O.S.
Not ready, or able, to commit to several weeks of support? Already in the trenches and need just a few solid nights of sleep to feel human again? This as needed support is designed to give you a much deserved break from survival mode.
Availability varies - scheduling priority is given to pre-existing contracts, but inquiries for S.O.S. shifts can be made anytime and all efforts will be made to get you the support you need ASAP.
(10 hour shift minimum)
